We are a dedicated support branch of Student Data Services at the Eastern Suffolk BOCES Regional Information Center. Currently, we’re proud to partner with 51 school districts subscribed to our service across Suffolk County to make student data management smoother and more efficient.

- Daily Phone Support: Call us Monday–Friday at 631-844-5720, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM for immediate assistance.
- eMail Support: To reach the support team regarding our supported applications, please direct your inquiries to spedhelp@esboces.org.
- Troubleshooting & Data Entry: We’ll help you fix errors and ensure your reports and documents are accurate.
- Training: We offer both in-person and virtual workshops and individual sessions tailored to your team's needs.
- Vendor Liaison: We talk to the software companies so you don’t have to.
