BARS 2.0 Pilot Program

Welcome to the BARS 2.0 Pilot Program

Eastern Suffolk BOCES is proud to launch the BARS 2.0 Pilot Program, the next evolution of the long-standing BOCES Assessment Reporting System (BARS). For years, BARS has served districts as a trusted assessment reporting platform, providing access to historical New York State assessment and Regents exam data. Now, through this pilot, Eastern Suffolk BOCES is leveraging Mindex’s Advanced Analytics to deliver a more modern, dynamic and user-friendly reporting experience. By combining trusted historical and current assessment data with enhanced analytics, customized dashboards and greater flexibility for district needs, BARS 2.0 is positioned to transform how educators and administrators interact with student performance data. This important initiative reflects Eastern Suffolk BOCES’ continued commitment to innovation, regional service and providing districts with smarter, data-informed tools that strengthen decision-making and support student achievement across the region.

Thank you for your interest in participating in the BARS 2.0 Pilot.   In order for us to create accounts, we need some information.  Below, please find a google link that asks for information regarding those who you wish to be provisioned in your district. Please be sure to complete a separate form for each staff member. If preferred, you can also share the link with selected staff and they can complete it on their own. We were hoping for 5-10 people from each district but please create accounts for as many, or few, as you wish.
