Our Core Solutions

Data Warehouse

  • Ensure accurate and secure reporting within the NYS Data Warehouse. We offer baseline and enhanced support levels to help districts manage state and federal reporting requirements with confidence.

Special Education

Student Management Systems

New York State Testing

BOCES Assessment Reporting Tool (BARS 2.0)

BARS 2.0 is the next evolution of the long-standing BOCES Assessment Reporting System (BARS). For years, BARS has served districts as a trusted assessment reporting platform, providing access to historical New York State assessment and Regents exam data. Now, Eastern Suffolk BOCES is leveraging Mindex’s Advanced Analytics to deliver a more modern, dynamic and user-friendly reporting experience.

School Data Bank Services (SDBS) program, and the Staff Developer/Shared Data Expert Service 

The School Data Bank Services (SDBS) program can provide our district partners with support in processing student, assessment and survey data, provide access to specialized instructional and reporting platforms, and offers regional data workshops and webinars. Our highly-skilled Staff Developer/Shared Data Expert team of educators provide support by analyzing and translating data to assist district administrators and teachers in making informed curriculum and programmatic decisions.
