The Special Education Student Management Systems support service is part of Student Data Services which is part of Eastern Suffolk BOCES Education and Information Support Services (www.esboces.org). The Special Education Help Desk is provided to subscribing school districts utilizing the following software systems: ClearTrack 200, Frontline IEP and n2y. The help desk provides support to a total of 49 districts in Suffolk County.
As a support, we offer the Special Education Help Desk phone support from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM to all districts subscribing to the service, as well as provide regional and individual training on the programs. The help desk assists districts with data entry, trouble shooting, reviewing of documents and reports as needed. Through user group meetings the service promotes collaboration with districts. In addition, in-district support for 1 to 3 days a week or on a per diem basis may be requested throughout the school year. The help desk also acts as a liaison between the vendor and the district.
