Support to District Data Coordinators is part of the Data & Reporting Service that is provided by Student Data Services.
The task of accurately reporting the mountainous amounts of State data that is
required can be daunting for even the most seasoned District Data Coordinator (DDC). Current District Data Coordinators are provided ongoing support in meeting State mandated requirements through monthly DDC meetings, reminders via the CIO and Regents list-servs, and updated announcements /State deadlines posted to this website.
Monthly District Data Coordinator Meetings are held in person at our Instructional Support Center in Holbrook, and virtually for those who cannot be in attendance. Meeting agendas highlight upcoming deadlines, new State requirements, and offer best practices for loading and verifying student and staff data. Meeting notes are posted to this website shortly following each meeting.
Throughout the year workshops are offered to District Data Coordinators to assist with data quality control, and phone support is provided for Level 0 and verification of data.
