Updated Deadlines for submission of 2015-16 Staff Evaluation data (Published On: 09/19/2016)

The original October 27, 2016 deadline to submit 2015-16 evaluation data to accommodate the first-time submission of both original and transition (as applicable) scores and ratings has been extended to November 17, 2016.  The deadline to certify these data through the IRS Portal is December 2, 2016. Special Education VR Reports in PD System - Deadline approaching (Published On: 08/26/2016)

Deadlines are quickly approaching to certify specific VR Reports in the PD System. The certification due date for the VR 13, VR 15 and VR 16 Reports is August 29. The certification due date for the VR 11, VR 12 and VR 14 is September 26. All districts are required to certify the VR 13 and VR 14 Reports. Districts that must certify the VR 11 (corresponding to SPP Indicator 11) , VR12 (Indicator 12) or VR 15 (Indicator 7) can be identified by clicking the "more" link.

2015-16 Educator State-Provided Growth Results (Published On: 08/26/2016)
Data files containing the data for use in the original final APPR ratings for teachers and principals of grades 4-8 ELA and math have been made available and are ready for download on the Information and Reporting Services Portal. These results are to be used for advisory purposes only and are necessary to complete original APPR scores and ratings. Please note that districts/BOCES are required to submit both original and transition scores and ratings by the October 28th deadline.  

Grades 3-8 ELA and Math Results (Published On: 07/31/2016)
The State Education Department released the aggregate district and school results for the 2016 Grades 3-8 ELA and math assessments on Friday, July 29, 2016.  The embargo prohibiting public discussion of these results has been lifted.  Click on the "read more . . ." link for the SED press release and related materials. read more ...

New APPR Plan Portal Now Available (Published On: 04/01/2016)
SED has completed its work to update the APPR portal to allow for the entry of all measures required by the APPR transition regulations.  The updated APPR portal has been moved from the Review Room platform to the New York State Education Department’s Business Portal, the same location where districts/BOCES submit their APPR Implementation Certification form. New Process for Viewing Level 2 Staff Errors (Published On: 03/29/2016)

Level 2 staff errors will now be viewed through the L2 reporting system. Those staff who are responsible for reviewing and correcting these errors can view them by accessing L2RPT, then navigating to the folder titled “Level 2 Errors”.  Please click the "read more" link for a document explaining the steps users should take to access these reports.

Updated Staff Deadlines (Published On: 01/15/2016)
The TAA system to complete ePMF forms will now be available to teachers until Friday, February 12th. The original deadline was January 29th. This gives schools and districts an extra two weeks to have teachers complete their ePMF forms. District administrators will then have three weeks to correct any ePMF data before the certification deadline of March 4th.

 

Staff Assignment data will continue to be refreshed until February 26th for PMF reporting for non-teaching professional staff. The last day to load Staff Assignment data into Level 0 is noon on Thursday, February 25th
